For the first post in the Healthy Eating group, I thought I'd share a delicious salad I made for myself the other day. Totally filling and served as my whole meal!

It was...
- organic romaine lettuce
- organic cherry tomatoes
- organic zucchini
- organic red onion

I topped it with a chopped veggie burger (Sunshine Burger, to be exact) and home-made dressing made from almond butter, toasted sesame oil, olive oil, and lemon juice.

It was delish!
